Back in 1937 the importance of Piazza del Campo as the true heart of Siena inspired Senno Senni to open his restaurant right in the square where twice yearly the celebrated Palio of Siena is run.
Today, after nearly seventy years, in the same location across from the Palazzo Comunale and framed by the splendor of the Piazza del Campo, the Senni family, now in its fourth generation, manages this, the most famous restaurant in Siena. |
